Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with DaTruth Creations, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, colors, sizes, images, wording, and other personalization details when placing an order.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your request or approving a design. DaTruth Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided or approved by the customer.

Design Approval
When applicable, customers may receive a design proof for approval before production. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Payment
Submitting an order request does not necessarily mean the order has entered production. When applicable, DaTruth Creations will review the request and provide the customer with payment instructions or an invoice.

Production
Production begins after all required order information, approvals, and payments have been received. Production times may vary depending on the product, customization, order size, material availability, and seasonal demand.

Cancellations & Changes
Because many DaTruth Creations products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once production begins, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.

Returns & Refunds
Personalized and custom-made products may have different return and refund eligibility than non-custom products. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error caused by DaTruth Creations, please contact us promptly with your order information and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Shipping & Delivery
DaTruth Creations' standard production turnaround time is 5–7 business days. This timeframe is for the preparation and completion of your order before it is shipped and does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Custom Design Exception: For orders requiring a custom design, personalization, design proof, or customer approval, the 5–7 business day production turnaround begins only after the customer has approved the final design. Time spent creating, revising, or awaiting approval of a custom design is not included in the standard production timeframe.

Once production is complete, the order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Carrier transit time is separate from DaTruth Creations' production turnaround time. DaTruth Creations is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Colors & Product Appearance
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screens, printing methods, materials, and product availability. Minor variations may occur with handmade or customized products.

Customer-Supplied Content
By submitting names, photographs, graphics, logos, wording, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials. Customers are responsible for the content they request to be placed on their products.

Agreement
By submitting an order and/or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to DaTruth Creations' Terms & Conditions and applicable store policies.
